A few pics from our inaugural Mixer (also known as Stammtisch)

We meet on at Rusty's Pizza in Goleta on Tuesday, February 28 for our first mixer. We had a good amount show up out of curiosity for this new event added to the Santa Barbara Swiss Club. We enjoyed food and drinks and great conversation to further Swiss Community in Santa Barbara. Enjoy a few pictures here. Next event is on March 28th same place.

Happy New Year 2017 - Calendar for the Year and Committee Members

Here is the 2017 calendar!!!

I am also happy to announce a new element to the Santa Barbara Swiss Club: the SANTA BARBARA SWISS CLUB MIXER (alias Stammtisch).

We have planned to meet almost every month (last Tuesday of every month at 6 pm) a get together outside of our main events to chat (club, family, friends, business, politics, etc.), eat an drink. The idea is that outside of our main events we have time to further meet each other and strengthen the Swiss community. It is open to anyone in our club (members and members to be) and can be frequented or not without RSVPs. So, whoever shows up shows up and the rest don't. Food and drinks are to be paid individually and will not be covered by the club. The mixer will be held at Rusty's Pizza in Goleta (5934 Calle Real) every last Tuesday of the month with some exceptions. I will send out reminder emails before the monthly mixer is happening.
